Shengshi Bio, since its establishment in 1998, has been dedicated to the development and production of standardized plant extracts and natural active substances for the pharmaceutical, health supplement, food flavoring, and cosmetic industries. The annual processing volume of natural raw materials exceeds 4,000 tons. The products comply with GMP standards, international pharmacopeias, and regulations of different countries and regions.
Shengshi Bio owns three major production plants, and its international marketing center is located in the Tianhe High-Tech Bio-Industrial Park in Hangzhou. Traceability is a key part of our DNA. From the raw materials, we strictly operate according to GACP requirements and conduct comprehensive testing of raw materials based on international regulations and pharmacopeias. We employ the most advanced multi-solvent extraction technology, specific drying techniques, as well as liquid-liquid extraction, column chromatography, and crystallization technologies in our production. Throughout the production process, we record all original data and review it in each batch record.
We are committed to continuous quality improvement. In product production, we have established a sound quality assurance system. To ensure product quality and reproducibility, we integrate this goal into dozens of steps from raw materials to final products. Using validated analytical methods, we test and analyze our products through internal efforts or in cooperation with third-party CNAS laboratories, employing advanced technologies and analytical instruments.
